Abstract


Charanis recounts Cameron's thirty-seven years of association with Rutgers from 1929 to 1966. His accomplishments including helping found Rutgers University Press and the Research Council, and transforming the college library he inherited into an important research library, overseeing the construction of the new university library, the Alexander Library.
